Agreement to these Terms
These Terms govern use of Cléprix.com, its document-collection forms, free risk-check handoff, report request workflows, SEO/GEO resources, email communications and future account or chat functions. By using the service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Service description
Cléprix helps users organize and understand French consumer insurance documents. We may provide free risk-check guidance, Plus/Pro/Family report workflows, claim-document checklists, glossary explanations, risk flags, missing-field lists and draft questions. Current Plus/Pro delivery may involve manual approval and email delivery.
No insurance, legal, financial or tax advice
Cléprix does not sell insurance, place coverage, compare insurers as a broker, provide personalized regulated advice, decide claims, bind quotes, guarantee savings or guarantee reimbursement. Outputs are educational document explanations and workflow aids. You remain responsible for decisions and should verify important points with the insurer, broker or qualified professional.
Eligibility and account information
You may use the service only if you are legally able to enter into these Terms and are authorized to submit the documents. You must provide accurate contact and submission information and keep access credentials, if any, secure.
Uploads and user responsibilities
- You must have the right to upload each document.
- You should mask unnecessary identifiers and avoid uploading prohibited files.
- You must not upload malware, illegal material, third-party confidential documents without authority, or documents intended to mislead.
- You must not use Cléprix to hide claims, falsify facts, manipulate evidence or misrepresent information to an insurer.
Reports and delivery
Report outputs may include summaries, risk cards, glossary explanations, missing-field lists, next-step prompts, draft questions and templates. They may be incomplete, delayed, refused or require human review. The success page may indicate that a report is generated and waiting for manual approval; this is not a guarantee of acceptance, payment confirmation or claim success.
Payments, pricing and refunds
Pricing, packages and payment flows may change. Payment processing should be handled by a third-party payment processor. Taxes may apply. Unless otherwise required by law, digital report fees may be non-refundable once work begins or a report is delivered. Production checkout pages should state the exact refund policy, cancellation rights and consumer-law notices.
Prohibited uses
- Fraud, misrepresentation, evasion of insurance obligations or misleading claims.
- Requests to write false accident descriptions or hide prior damage.
- Scraping, reverse engineering, attacking, spamming or abusing the service.
- Uploading sensitive data that is unnecessary for the chosen workflow.
- Using outputs as official legal opinions, insurer decisions or binding claim determinations.
Intellectual property
Cléprix content, templates, prompts, reports, designs, taxonomy, text and branding belong to Cléprix or its licensors. You may use your personal report for personal purposes. You may not copy, resell, remove attribution from, or create competing datasets from Cléprix materials without permission.
Third-party services
The service may link to Custom GPT, payment processors, model providers, hosting, email, analytics or public resources. Third-party services are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party outages, policies, outputs or security practices.
Disclaimers of warranties
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that outputs are accurate, complete, current, suitable for your situation, uninterrupted or error-free. Insurance terms, insurer practices and laws may change.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cléprix is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive or lost-profit damages, claim outcomes, insurance decisions, missed deadlines, user-upload errors or reliance on outputs. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount paid for the affected service unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Cléprix against claims arising from unauthorized uploads, misuse, fraud, violation of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights, or unlawful use of outputs.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or refuse service for suspected abuse, fraud, security risk, legal risk, non-payment, prohibited content or operational reasons. You may stop using the service at any time.
Governing law and disputes
This placeholder should be replaced after company formation. Until then, disputes should first be raised by email to support@cleprix.com. Mandatory consumer rights and local law rights remain unaffected.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes should be posted with an updated date. Continued use after changes means acceptance where permitted by law.
